Kevin McHugh is the Director of Quality at FoodState Inc. dba MegaFood, a leading manufacturer and marketer of food-based vitamin products. Kevin has 30+ years of experience in the food industry at Frito Lay, Kraft Heinz, and Welch’s, and now 4+ years in dietary supplements at MegaFood. Expertise lies in HACCP, SPC, pasteurization, packaging engineering and Food Defense with experience in salty snack, bakery, juice, jelly, soda, and dietary supplement products. Kevin is the proud father of five children and five grandchildren, an avid sports fan, volunteer basketball coach, and faith formation teacher.
